Ok first post!!! Getting the hang of this blogging business thanks to hubby!
So we have signed up with Rawdon Hill, gave them our holding deposit and now waiting for the final price and contract! Also waiting on finalised drawings after a few changes to original drawings! Building the Hawthorn (on display at Lyndhurst!) Wish things would move a little quicker.
Settlement on land was due yesterday (17/07/09), however due to the delays at the bank we have pushed settlement back to 31st July, 2009. Getting ready to pop the champers!
Colour consultant Janette called yesterday to book in our consultation, yet to confirm date! Went looking at bricks today! What a job. Considering Austral Canterbury or Lawson. hmm......?
